Research Methodology, Academic Writing and Publishing in English – 
A One Month Online Workshop-cum-Certificate Course
As part of a slew of initiatives geared towards improving and enhancing the quality of Academic Research in the country, All India Forum for English Students, Scholars and Trainers (AIFEST), in collaboration with Aesthetique International Literary Journal (E-ISSN 2456-1754) and NTA NET English Broadcast, is conducting a 1 month online workshop-cum-certificate course from 01 August 2021 to 31 August 2021. The entire course will be conducted online via Google Meet and YouTube. The number of seats is limited so that each participant receives individual attention and training from experts. The fee for the entire course is Rs 2000. The details of the course are given below:
• Course Duration: 1 Month – 01 August 2021 to 31 August 2021
• Mode of Delivery: Daily Video Lectures and Live Interactive Sessions, via YouTube and Google Meet
• Timing: YouTube Lectures will be from 6pm to 7pm followed by Live Interactive Sessions from 9 pm onwards, on all weekdays. Participants can attend the lectures at their convenience. The lectures and the recorded interactive sessions will be accessible to registered participants as long as they wish.
• Course Fees: Rs 2000/- including course lectures, e-books, course materials, video tutorials, individual guidance for research and e-certificate. The proceedings from this workshop minus the expenses will go straight to AIFEST Covid Relief Fund for English Students and Scholars.

Assignments
For the successful completion of the course, all participants are required to complete two assignments that will be given during the course. All assignments can be done by participants at their convenience. Assignment 1 is compulsory for all, participants can choose one from Assignments 2, 3 and 4.
Assignment 1: Answer a set of 50 MCQ questions based on the topics discussed during the lectures. 50% marks shall be secured for a pass.
Assignment 2: Answer an Essay Question in 200 words based on one of the four themes discussed during the workshop. Books, Internet and other sources can be referred but plagiarism is not allowed.
Assignment 3: Publish your own E-book / Paperback (Fiction / Poetry Collection / Other Non-Fiction / Thesis: Individual guidance will be provided). 
Assignment 4: Prepare a Research proposal / research article (Individual guidance will be provided)
At the successful completion of the course, you will receive
1. A digital certificate of course completion certified by AIFEST, Aesthetique Literary Journal and the course coordinator
2. Assistance in creating free ResearchGate/ORCID ids, and Author & Publisher dashboards
3. Lifetime membership at AIFEST
4. Free lifetime access to the course contents
5. Membership at Pickwick Papers Group
